At Optima, we’re constantly striving to grow and improve – from our humble beginnings in 2013, Krzysztof Harazinski, and Norbert Bajorek have grown Optima into a driving force in the recruitment industry, matching super-talented candidates with fantastic, forward-thinking employers. As we approach the end of 2019, we’re delighted to be able to share some of the results of this year’s survey and analysis.
During our annual survey, we asked a number of questions to get an idea of how Optima is perceived and, the results are as follows:
We asked which markets benefit most from Optima’s services
The survey says: It was clear from our results that Optima is perceived to be a big hit in the UK according to over 76% of our respondents, with a large presence in the Western EU and a respectable presence in the rest of Europe and the USA.
We asked which areas of industry benefit most from Optima’s expertise
The survey says: The outstanding winner in this category was sales, according to a whopping 75% of our respondents. Close behind were Executive Search, Marketing and those all important technical roles.
We asked our respondents to describe the values which they attribute to Optima
The survey says: We’re proud to discover that our respondents feel that Optima’s top values are transparency, integrity and quality of profiles.
We asked how our respondents tend to hire new recruits
The survey says: We were surprised to find that over 60% of our respondents rely on recommendations and word of mouth. We weren’t, however, surprised to discover that 0% find staff by responding to cold calls.
We asked how many CVs our respondents would expect to see when hiring
The survey says: The response to this one matches Optima’s own ethos – however many it takes to fill the role.
We asked if Optima’s excellent aftercare would be important to our respondents
The survey says: Absolutely – and we couldn’t agree more!
Following the survey, we were delighted to see that Optima’s core values shine through in terms of the service and aftercare provided and we look forward to improving on this even more in the year to come.
